LAYOUT/DESIGN DECISIONS:

Hybrid of three plans presented. Kitchen and Great Room of Option A. Primary Bedroom same on all options - approved. Screen porch on southeast corner approved - screened connection to Primary Bedroom. Move garage to create space for 3rd bedroom and Laundry/Pantry next to Kitchen.
