SWARC is a team of dreamers. Architects, Interior Designers, Project managers, and Administrators collaborate with you and amongst ourselves at all stage of the design and construction processes. We love the design process - imagining, refining, and visualizing. We are driven by our fascination with the development of a dream into a place where life is lived and memories are made. Our goal is to share our enthusiasm, so that you enjoy the process and share every bit of our excitement for the new place we are creating.
We integrate a multitude of tools to ensure the project success. From hand sketching to 3D modeling, visualization is paramount in communicating the proposed solutions. We use the most advanced modeling and rendering software, and we manage all selections and our design schedule through a fully integrated project management system.
Arming our aptitude with a robust toolset and refined process ensures efficiency in the design phase and minimizes errors and oversights through construction.
Process
01 VISION MEETING
We’ll get to know you. Our visioning process will uncover your aesthetic preferences as well as your expectations and desires for how the spaces you live in should function and flow. Together, we’ll develop aspirations for a place that epitomizes home.
02 SCHEMATIC DESIGN WORK SESSION
During this session we will review our analysis of the site and/or existing building. Options for how the desired spaces are positioned within the existing conditions will be reviewed. The focus will center on sizes of spaces, and overall flow through the home.
03 SCHEMATIC DESIGN PRESENTATION
Prepare to be enamored with your new home.
04 DESIGN DEVELOPMENT WORK SESSION
After you’ve approved the overall design of your home, we’ll work through all of the individual components that created the whole solution to make adjustments and ensure the flow of the project continues through to each and every detail.
05 FINAL DESIGN PRESENTATION
Visualization technology enables us to present your new home in photo-realistic renderings and walkthroughs.
