LAYOUT/DESIGN DECISIONS:
Pantry Layout approved - pending interior elevations. Move Kitchen sink to south wall with dishwasher in full height raised cabinet at southwest corner. Countertop between sink and dishwasher cabinet.
Revised Laundry Room layout approved. AC to move to Garage closet - maintain closet in conditioned envelope.
Revised Guest Suite closet layouts approved. Change two small Linen Closets to nooks for cabinetry. Closet nook to be used for technology components.
Reflected ceiling plan approved.
Garage to be conditioned with wall mounted mini - split
Shop, Office, and Shop bath to be conditioned with ducted mini - split.
PRODUCTS SELECTED:
Kitchen: Soapstone or leathered granite countertops, cream cabinets, butcher block countertops
Mud Room and Laundry: 8” hex, alternating colors: white/blue/grey
Guest Bath: 5” hex, alternating colors": white/blue/grey, possibly white corian countertops
White subway tile walls with glass tile trim
Primary Bath: Blue and white hex marble mosaic, handmade subway tile shower walls
Wood Flooring throughout: Vimini Wood Floor preferred over alternate samples.
APPROVED ACTIONS TO MOVE FORWARD:
Development of interior elevations and technical drawings to send to engineers.
Design of front entry retaining wall to transition grade in lieu of a stemwall foundation.
Continuation of electrical plan development. Pat and Barbara to provide additional input/feedback on electrical requirements and preferences.
PENDING ITEMS:
Barbara to send Fireplace information and plumbing selections.
