Project Scope

Spatial Program

The front entry will have architectural character and at least partial roof coverage.  There will be a defined entryway opening into the Living space.  The living and dining room will be open to one another, and semi-open to the kitchen.  The kitchen will include a pantry and easy access from the garage and laundry room.  The laundry room will be connected to a craft room.  The master bedroom will have plenty of storage and an accessible bathroom.  There will be two additional bedrooms and bathrooms.  One of the bedrooms will serve as a den/tv room.
