LAYOUT/DESIGN DECISIONS:

Preferred layout is an open plan with wall between Living and Kitchen removed. Kitchen to remain in current location with new layout. Island to face Family Room, range wall to face Living Room. Dining Room to be moved to new addition west of Family Room. Kitchen to extend into new addition with a Scullery Kitchen behind (west) of Kitchen range wall.

APPROVED ACTIONS TO MOVE FORWARD:

Revise plans and renderings per layout above to be reviewed with contractor for scope vs. cost review.
