Please submit this form for all requests to change design configurations and product selections that have been approved and signed off on in a design meeting. We will note these changes on the meeting notes and follow up with a Add-Service Proposal to notify you if any additional time will be required to make the change.

Hold Request
Your schedule is extremely important, so we manage our team and resources to meet the design schedule of all projects. While we organize the process within a schedule, we understand that some decisions take time and/or intentions may change. However, we cannot guarantee immediate availability to resume work if the project is placed on hold beyond one week. Project holds beyond one week are subject to schedule and fee adjustments.
